From HR to 'Social Impact'
I am Khizar Kahloon, an HR Director at Getinge, where my passion for people and culture comes to life. With two decades of extensive HRM experience, I am dedicated to nurturing a workplace that thrives on inclusivity, collaboration, and growth. Beyond corporate role, I lead various community empowerment initiatives:
- The Kahloon Foundation: Inspired by my personal experiences growing up in rural Punjab, I have always been aware of the struggles faced by underprivileged communities. The foundation focuses on providing basic provisions and supporting girls' education and healthcare in Pakistan.
- Mentoring for Cause: Leveraging my decades of HR expertise and extensive network with successful professionals worldwide, this collaborative initiative offers free 1:1 career consultations and extended mentorship, empowering individuals to achieve their career goals.
- Capital Markets for All: This initiative is to create awareness and provide essential knowledge of Capital Markets to those who may lack access to quality training. Providing knowledge to navigate the complexities of financial markets helps them make informed saving and investment decisions.
- The Kahloon Podcast: By bridging the insights of distinguished guests with the curiosity of our audience, the podcast fosters a community dedicated to discussing and understanding critical issues related to economic empowerment.
