Building a legacy
worth outlasting us.

One vision · Two missions

One Vision.
Two Missions.

Both built to outlast us.

The vision is a legacy: work that keeps serving people long after we are gone. It rests on two missions. Products, practical software shaped by problems lived firsthand, built for people who refuse to settle. And the Kahloon Foundation, advancing health, knowledge, and prosperity for underserved communities.

The products are built to stand on their own, useful and honest, never built to be sold. The Foundation is the mission itself, real change in the lives of families who have had little. Different work, one belief: that what you build should outlast you, and serve people who need it.

Software built from problems lived firsthand.

An HR system shaped by two decades in HR. A digital workflow built for working community health centres. A net worth tracker for investors who want their whole financial picture in one place. Each was needed before it was built, made for people who refuse to settle.

Foundation

The mission itself. Economic empowerment.

The Kahloon Foundation, with six programs and three projects: a free community health centre, a global mentorship network, and an open path to financial literacy. Different forms, one thread, giving people the health, knowledge, and prosperity to stand on their own.

I may not see most of what this becomes one day. But that was always the point.

Khizar Kahloon

Building a legacy to live beyond my existence.

By day I'm HR Director at Getinge, a global medical-device firm, where I serve people and cultivate a workplace culture worth belonging to. By evening and on weekends, I serve the communities I come from and build solutions for problems I've watched up close.

I founded the Kahloon Foundation, which works across a cluster of communities in rural Punjab. Six programs run year round: basic provisions for households at the margin; girls' education from primary through college; health and wellbeing support; coexistence between neighbours of different faiths who share the same values; marriage assistance for daughters of low-income families; and housing assistance for those without a safe place to live.

The Iqbal Memorial Health Centre, named for my late father, with a belief that seeing a doctor should never depend on what a family can pay. MentoringForCause connects people to mentors, in the belief that opportunity should never depend on who you happen to know. CapitalMarketsForAll makes financial knowledge free and open to all, so that building a future of one's own is never a privilege reserved for the few.

The projects, run by the Foundation, leave communities more economically empowered. The products by Kahloon solve problems people live with every day: leaders fighting their people management tools, the health centres drowning in papers, and the investors with no clear view of where they stand financially.

The mission is to build something that keeps going when we stop. A legacy in the literal sense: institutions, not gestures. Quiet work, done patiently, over a long horizon.

If any of this is useful to you, a product, the Foundation's work, something you read, the kindest thing you can do is mention it to someone else who might need it. Kahloon has grown, and will keep growing, by word of mouth.
